Food Safety Management System *

Food businesses must have HACCP-based food safety procedures; SFBB is one FSA route for small caterers.

Food hygiene training / competence *

We ask about competence; a specific certificate is not presented here as the only route to compliance.

I can provide accurate information on the 14 regulated allergens for food listed on ZeepUp and keep it updated. For distance selling, I understand allergen information must be available before purchase and again at delivery/collection.

Allergens are part of onboarding, not an optional profile field.

I confirm that I am responsible for ensuring the business can lawfully operate in England and will maintain the registrations, permissions, licences and approvals applicable to my activity. I understand that, before I start selling through ZeepUp, my food business must be registered with the local council at least 28 days before trading, with appropriate food safety procedures and accurate allergen information in place. I am responsible for meeting and maintaining all legal requirements applicable to my activity, including any required permissions, licences, approvals and insurance. If I offer alcohol, including as part of a paid meal or experience, I will obtain any necessary authorisation before doing so.

I understand ZeepUp operates as a marketplace. Submission or acceptance does not mean ZeepUp certifies my premises, food safety, licences, insurance or legal compliance.

I confirm that the information provided is accurate and complete. I agree to provide supporting evidence when requested and to notify ZeepUp promptly of any material changes, including during onboarding and while selling through the platform.
